We are seeking experienced Servers for a prestigious golf and country club in Ocala, FL, offering part-time or full-time shifts with a starting wage of $10/hr. Benefits include one week of vacation after one year of employment.
Primary duties involve presenting menus, taking and entering orders, and explaining menu items and specials to guests. Servers monitor guest satisfaction, respond to concerns promptly, and serve food and beverages, including wine pairings with proper service. They prepare specialty drinks, handle payments, and ensure tables are clean and well-stocked. Additional responsibilities include assisting with reservations, setting up dining areas, performing cleaning duties, and supporting team members as needed.
Applicants should be organized, customer-focused, and able to work various shifts, demonstrating excellent communication and service skills.
