This role involves providing guests with an exceptional experience through friendly service, accurate order taking, and maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver fast, friendly service of food, drinks, and games while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, follow sanitation procedures, and assist with setup and cleanup.
- Handle financial transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently.
- Monitor guest behavior, adhere to alcohol awareness protocols, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, promoting a positive environment.
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy setting, standing and moving for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old, neat in appearance, and flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends.
