Seeking full- and part-time wait staff for a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community along the Elizabeth River.
Responsibilities include providing attentive dining service, accurately taking and delivering orders via POS, maintaining a clean dining area, supporting special events, and creating a warm, respectful atmosphere for residents and guests.
Requirements: Must be 16+ with preferred one year serving experience; Food Handlers' Card (training provided); strong communication and customer service skills; ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks; and a passion for serving older adults.
Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, with full-time employees receiving a break.
