We are seeking a compassionate Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Deliver friendly, attentive service, assist with menu choices and dietary needs, and serve meals timely and courteously.
- Set up and clean dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Engage with residents to create a warm atmosphere, offering personalized attention considering their limitations.
- Respond promptly to requests, assist with special events, and build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements: High School diploma preferred; experience in food service or senior living is a plus. Must be patient, respectful, and communicative, with physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform related tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
