The Experience Senior Living Team is a passionate group dedicated to helping older adults live fully. They include creators, caregivers, researchers, and more, all focused on positively impacting residents, families, and staff.

We are seeking a Server to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster a fine dining environment.
  • Collaborate with culinary and executive staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Set tables per standards, serve beverages, review menus, and take accurate orders.
  • Clear dining areas, follow safety standards, and assist with special events.
  • Introduce new residents to dining options, maintain cleanliness, and communicate preferences.
  • Support teamwork and attend pre-meal meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
  • Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities for customer and staff concerns.
