The Experience Senior Living Team is a passionate group dedicated to helping older adults live fully. They include creators, caregivers, researchers, and more, all focused on positively impacting residents, families, and staff.
We are seeking a Server to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster a fine dining environment.
- Collaborate with culinary and executive staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Set tables per standards, serve beverages, review menus, and take accurate orders.
- Clear dining areas, follow safety standards, and assist with special events.
- Introduce new residents to dining options, maintain cleanliness, and communicate preferences.
- Support teamwork and attend pre-meal meetings.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving abilities for customer and staff concerns.
