- Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions (20%).
- Create a friendly atmosphere through verbal interactions (15%).
- Relay orders via the point-of-sale system (10%).
- Respond to guest requests and observe their needs (10%).
- Present checks, handle payments, and make change (10%).
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables (10%).
