Responsibilities include lifting 15-30lbs, handling cash transactions, standing for long periods, and keeping pace during busy shifts from casual lunches to busy weekend nights.
Work hours are based on availability and management needs, with both full-time and part-time options. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance after 1 year for those working at least 30 hours/week.
Servers participate in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% of net sales per shift with other tipped employees.
