The Outlet Server is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests in a courteous, attentive, and efficient manner. They receive and serve guest orders and handle payment transactions.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
- Previous food & beverage experience is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- Flexible with long hours sometimes required.
- Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift and maneuver around the dining area while carrying trays of food and beverages.
