We are seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences in a senior living community.
Primary responsibilities include ensuring gracious hospitality, assisting in bar and coffee shop service, guiding guests through menus, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, taking accurate orders, and supporting meal preparation and event setups.
Requirements include a caring attitude, high school diploma or GED, food service experience, ServSafe certification if required, and flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends. Knowledge of POS systems and a bar card are preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving older adults are essential.
