Summary

The Server's main goal is to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL dining experience that encourages guests to return and share their enthusiasm. This involves embracing the Hideaway Way, adhering to Service Standards, and having strong menu knowledge. The role requires creating a fun, professional environment while ensuring responsible alcohol service and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include

• Internalizing and embodying THE WAY.
• Executing Service Standards and Steps of Service flawlessly.
• Gaining thorough knowledge of menu items and drinks.
• Practicing responsible alcohol service.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Protecting financial interests of guests, team, and business.
• Fostering a fun guest experience.

Requirements include

• Must be 18-21+ years old depending on local alcohol laws.
• Possess and maintain necessary licenses (Food Handlers, Alcohol).
• Flexible schedule including shifts, holidays, and special events.
• Follow policies and physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting).
• Language: English.
• Work authorization in the U.S. required.
