- Strong knowledge of menus and service procedures.
Responsibilities encompass:- Providing top-tier service, maintaining a friendly attitude, and setting up and breaking down banquet functions.
- Following Banquet Event Orders and steps of service for events.
- Ensuring proper food storage, working with team members, and maintaining standards of quality and efficiency.
- Owning their section and communicating effectively with management.
Requirements include customer service experience, proof of Hep A vaccination, and alcohol responsibility training if of legal age. Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.
Employment is hourly, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour. No direct reports are involved, and roles are available in a lively restaurant environment.
