Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from dine-in and to-go customers
- Deliver beverages promptly and run food to tables and teammates
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section
- Collect payments with courtesy and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience
- Knowledge of menu ingredients, wine, cocktails, and beer
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Excellent listening and multitasking skills
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- PM availability preferred
