Job Summary: The Server is the face of our restaurant, responsible for building rapport with customers, answering menu questions, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Provide accurate orders to kitchen staff
- Check with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and provide checks at the end of the meal
Qualifications:
- Previous server experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
