The Server is responsible for delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model, aiming to exceed sales goals and ensure a positive guest experience.
Essential duties include maintaining a welcoming attitude, learning the menu to make recommendations, greeting and farewelling guests, suggestively selling, accurately recording orders, delivering food, checking back with guests, and partnering with team members to meet guest needs.
Responsibilities also involve performing opening and closing duties, ensuring quality food presentation, responding promptly to guest requests, handling payments, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, and maintaining a professional attitude.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old (some roles may require 21), high school diploma or equivalent preferred, no prior experience needed, and the ability to work flexible shifts, follow food safety and alcohol serving regulations, operate necessary equipment, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
