They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events, while providing excellent customer service by communicating with guest contacts and serving food and beverages to meet company standards.
Adherence to health and sanitation guidelines is essential, along with following safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
Additional duties may be assigned to ensure the successful completion of the primary responsibilities.
