We are seeking a Part-Time Dietary Server to join our senior community team, providing assisted living, memory care, and independent living services. The role offers a rotating schedule from 7 AM to 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, weekdays and every other weekend, at $16/hour.
Responsibilities include taking and delivering food orders, ensuring resident satisfaction, bussing and resetting tables, assisting with in-room service, and maintaining safety and health standards. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and stamina for a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed; culinary background is a plus.
Preferred experience includes any dietary-related work. The role emphasizes compassion, professionalism, and attention to sanitation, contributing to a positive dining experience for residents.
