We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Server Technician to support a well-established MSP in Birmingham.
Key responsibilities include
- advanced troubleshooting of Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
- supporting firewalls, server and email migrations
- installing and configuring Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure environments
- managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services
- performing infrastructure upgrades and collaborating with internal teams
Qualifications: - 5+ years in a Tier 3 role with expertise in Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, and network components
- experience with Hyper-V, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure-based servers
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced MSP environment
