• Welcome guests warmly, provide menus, take orders, and suggest menu items.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
• Maintain menu knowledge, including specials and wine pairings.
• Address guest concerns professionally and collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for accurate orders.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required; passion and teamwork are essential.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, with required certifications.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
