- Deliver attentive and memorable service, anticipate guest needs, and upsell menu items.
- Serve freshly prepared food and beverages with enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.
- Accurately process orders and payments while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling.
- Uphold core values of teamwork, service, fun, and excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Preferred experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Completion of food handling and alcohol certifications as required.
