- Promptly welcome guests and take orders following established procedures.
- Deliver food and drinks professionally, assist with special requests, and advise on menu options and dietary needs.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Operate equipment, handle cash, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Address guest concerns promptly, assist with setup and cleanup, and collaborate with team members during events.
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure a positive dining experience.
