• Greets customers warmly and promptly
• Advises on vehicle maintenance and the benefits of following manufacturer guidelines
• Provides accurate written estimates for labor and parts
• Handles appointment scheduling and work-related inquiries over the phone
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership preferred, strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
