Seeking a Service Advisor to join a growing team.
Primary duties include initiating and processing repair requests, providing administrative support, and keeping customers informed of work progress.
Responsibilities involve working directly with customers to determine product needs, suggesting add-on sales, providing price estimates, and updating customers on service status.
Requirements include at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong organization skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to follow procedures. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
This commission-based role offers a pay range of $50,000-$75,000+ annually, with uncapped commissions, plus benefits such as PTO, 401(k), insurance, discounts, and training opportunities.
