Seeking a Service Advisor responsible for initiating and processing repair requests, providing administrative support, and updating customers on work progress.
- Assist customers in identifying product needs and suggest add-on sales to increase transactions.
- Provide price estimates before scheduling repairs.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding work status.
- Require at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow departmental procedures.
