Service Advisor Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
- Documenting customer concerns and comments
- Creating service orders and describing problems/repairs
- Translating customer repair issues into standard terminology
- Explaining repairs to customers
- Test-driving vehicles to verify repairs
- Estimating repair costs and timeframes
- Handling customer complaints
- Bilingual skills are a plus
