The Lead Service Associate reports to department leadership and acts as a supervisor when managers are unavailable, handling scheduling, duty assignments, attendance, calls, and immediate concerns.
Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms and non-patient areas, restocking supplies, performing scheduled and emergency cleaning, managing bio-hazard waste, and supporting infection control and safety procedures.
Requirements include at least one year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospital, with training in safety, infection control, and cleaning techniques. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
