•8 to 10 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment

•At least 15 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles & Responsibilities :

•Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM, FSO, CSM, etc.

•Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc

•Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, import sets, transform maps, bi-directional integrations via REST & SOAP, etc.

•Good understanding and implementation experience of FSO use cases, data model, banking and insurance applications, processes, workspaces, etc.

•Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population & monitoring

•Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation?

•Document technical details and release notes

•Work on bug fixes and core platform developments

Certifications :

•ServiceNow Administration certification

•ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(ITSM, CSM, FSO +various tracks)

•Sr FSO and/or CSM certified. If candidate have both they will be ideal
