Join our onsite sewing team in Milwaukee, WI! We create custom printing, sewing, and finishing for top brands in sports, entertainment, and events.
- Lead and mentor a team of sewers to ensure high-quality products.
- Train new team members and oversee sewing techniques and best practices.
- Monitor production schedules and collaborate with departments to meet customer specs.
- Maintain a clean work environment and troubleshoot sewing issues.
- Require 5+ years of sewing, patterning, and garment construction experience.
- Bilingual Spanish-English preferred; strong leadership and communication skills needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
