Cintas is seeking a Manager of Shared Services responsible for the oversight of leaders and teams that support our operating locations office administration. This includes accounts payable, new accounts setup, audit, and back-office support. The Manager of Shared Services will be responsible for management of processes, KPI’s, and a staff of supervisors and their teams to ensure that all business process functionality is properly implemented and will need to make key business decisions regarding processes within Shared Services. Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 - $95,700/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
