Shift Lead (Key Holder)

Join a leader in immersive virtual reality experiences as a Store Team Member, responsible for creating memorable guest moments, guiding guests through VR adventures, and promoting engagement offers.

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, assist with gear setup, troubleshoot tech issues, and ensure a smooth experience.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, sanitize equipment, and prepare gear for sessions.
  
• Lead store operations, including opening/closing, managing schedules, coaching team members, and ensuring high service standards.
