Shipping Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Shipping Coordinator to join our operations team in Warrensville Heights, OH. The role involves handling small international package shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient shipping processes, and managing retail shipping procedures with carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

• Assist with shipping procedures, order fulfillment, and inbound inspections.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders, including outbound international shipments.
• Manage inbound deliveries, stock products, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Understand dangerous goods shipping and retail routing processes.
• Work with shipping software, maintains procedures, and collaborates with team members.

  The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of shipping/logistics experience, knowledge of international small package shipping, and familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and DHL. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Certifications like Tow Motor are preferred.
