We seek a Shipping Operations Support Coordinator for onsite role in Rutherford, NJ, starting April/May 2026.
Responsibilities include managing shipment inquiries, reviewing and resolving chargeback discrepancies, preparing shipping quotes, supporting cost inquiries, providing shipment updates, tracking claims, processing credits, coordinating documentation for domestic and international shipments, supporting returns, resolving billing disputes, and assisting with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications include prior experience in shipping or logistics, familiarity with carriers and international shipping, strong communication and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with bilingual skills a plus.
