We are hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate for a first shift role in Maple Heights, Ohio, offering $18-$20/hr based on experience.
The position involves receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and generating shipping labels using UPS and other carrier systems. The associate will also handle loading/unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring shipments meet quality standards.
Ideal candidates should have prior shipping or warehouse experience, familiarity with shipping software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
