We are hiring a full-time Shop or Field Technician II - Power, based in Midland, TX, offering $62,400–$68,640 annually plus benefits.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in commercial generator inspection, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience with industrial generators, HVAC, electrical systems, and oil-free air compressors is preferred.
- Ability to work both in the shop and in the field, with local travel and potential overtime/weekends.
- Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing generators, engines, HVAC, and electrical equipment, either alone or with a team.
- Skills include reading schematics, calculating power requirements, and handling equipment safely; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Nice-to-have: multiskilled technician with Power and HVAC expertise. Must be comfortable lifting objects under 50 lbs and may need to obtain a TWIC or DOT medical card.
