As a Shop Technician, you'll collaborate with experienced technicians in the shop and occasionally in the field, gaining hands-on training to support service operations.
- Assist with inspection, service, and repair of rotating equipment
- Support shop tasks like cleaning, labeling, painting, and preparing equipment
- Maintain shop organization and perform general housekeeping
- Handle tools, parts, and equipment movement
- Help with service documentation and paperwork
- Follow safety policies and participate in training sessions
- Learn products, applications, and processes through on-the-job training
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
