We are seeking a Guest Experience Associate with a focus on creating an exceptional dealership environment. The role involves greeting guests, managing the Next Up system, training new team members, and ensuring smooth guest flow. Responsibilities include observing showroom and lot needs, acting as a concierge to support sales, conducting car deliveries, and maintaining showroom amenities. The ideal candidate is fluent in dealership processes, knowledgeable about vehicles, and able to assist with presentations and guest preferences.
