Under supervision, the Interpreter provides high-quality American Sign Language interpreting via video in a call center environment. Must be fluent in ASL and spoken English, with accurate interpreting skills and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Working 12 hours weekly (averaged over 6 weeks), eligible for benefits including telehealth, community work, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with match, EAP, and massage reimbursement.

Key duties include providing video relay and remote interpreting, supporting company values, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism, adhering to policies and FCC regulations, and adapting to new technologies. Onsite interpreting may be required.

Minimum qualifications include fluent ASL and English, accurate interpretation, understanding of Deaf culture, and relevant credentials. 3-5 years of interpreting experience is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.
