We are seeking a motivated Signal Processing Engineer to join the Advanced Phenomenology Department at a research laboratory.
- Support research on novel sensing and data collection methods across sea, ground, air, and space environments.
- Develop data architectures, evaluate signal processing strategies, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists.
- Research data fusion, estimation frameworks, and support machine learning integration.
- Apply scientific methods, contribute to applied research projects, and guide technical efforts.
Required skills: background in engineering, computer science, or related fields; programming in Python, C++, MATLAB, or Java; experience with data fusion and machine learning.
Preferred: willingness to work in DoD environments and obtain security clearance.
The position is on-site in State College, PA, with salary ranging from $76,700 to $129,500, plus benefits.
