The role involves assisting with design tasks such as site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and permits, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements. The candidate will develop site layouts, prepare civil calculations, coordinate with authorities and subconsultants, and contribute to client meetings. Strong communication, collaboration, and initiative are essential, along with mentoring junior staff and managing multiple projects. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of civil design experience, familiarity with CAD software, and an Engineer Intern certificate or ability to obtain one within 12 months.
