Position Tittle: Site Reliability Engineer- (69414)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Work Location: Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remotes)
Years of Experience: 10+ years applicable experience required overall
Industry background: Financial or banking experience, previous experience as a site reliability engineer a big plus
Function of the Group: Run the bank division. We are more on the banking operations side for the applications
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Incident management and priority management
• Managing and reviewing the changes which are going in for the application.
• Working closely with the Change the Bank team
• There will be both planned and unplanned work for this role. This person should be familiar with basic Agile methodologies as we do sprint planning every month.
• Should have familiarity with ServiceNow with incident management and general site reliability engineering work streams
Must Have Technical Skills:(Min 6+yrs Of Exp In All Of The Below Skills)
• Agile
• ServiceNow Familiarity
• Incident management experience
• Monitoring Tools - Dynatrace
• Mongo DB
