The Site Superintendent will oversee custom homes in the Fairfield County, CT area. This Site Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of luxury new construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in custom home building and strong leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Description

Site Superintendent

• Manage all on-site activities for custom homes construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Communicate project updates and timelines to stakeholders and clients effectively.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality control across all aspects of the project.
