Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating labor, equipment, and materials; leading structural concrete work such as foundations, walls, and slabs; inspecting work for quality; maintaining safety protocols; and guiding field crews through hands-on leadership.
Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience in structural concrete, the ability to interpret construction drawings, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time and field-based, requiring a solutions-oriented mindset, a commitment to safety, and professionalism.
