Skilled Assembler - 1st shift

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembler for 1st shift (7am-3pm), with a pay rate of $19-$21/hr based on experience. This role offers an opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a stable manufacturing environment.

• Perform bench assembly of mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand tools.
• Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all assembled parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
