Job Description


  • Oversee activities related to content publishing for key sports properties including World’s Strongest Man on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Snap with the goal of fan engagement, growing our audience, and driving revenue
  • Ensure content is approved, delivered and posts are published and optimized for each platform and timely manner and error-free
  • Manage all workflow and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including production teams, as well as regular communication with owned and represented properties
  • Develop and execute the reporting for all activity related to content programming and rights management
  • Ensure actionable insights from reporting are incorporated into day-to-day programming efforts
  • Be able to plan not just create specific posts but execute a game plan


  • 1-2 years of experience working in a social media programming role on behalf of a major sports team, league or federation
  • YouTube and Facebook publishing experience in the sports landscape, is a must
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, GIPHY and emerging platforms
  • Experience with real-time engagement and analytics tools is preferred – most notably, CrowdTangle, MVPIndex, Influential and SocialBakers
  • A demonstrated ability to identify and create engaging social media content as well as recognize and leverage social moments
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
