This part-time position as a Social Media Student Assistant involves supporting social media marketing efforts for an organization dedicated to engaging alumni and promoting university initiatives.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, the student will assist in creating and scheduling content, pitching innovative ideas, analyzing engagement metrics, and managing social media platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Brandwatch.
To qualify, candidates must be enrolled students at Oregon State University, meet minimum credit hour requirements, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Experience in social media, marketing, or communications is preferred.
The role offers up to 10 hours per week, primarily on-site in Corvallis, between Tuesday and Thursday during regular business hours. Compensation ranges from $14.05 to $18.50 per hour depending on location and experience.
