Title: Social Worker
Location: Regional Northeast

Description:
• The Social Worker will provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in a community clinic setting.
• This includes individual, group, and family therapy. Operating under general supervision, the role involves assessing social and emotional needs, creating treatment plans, and delivering clinical services.
• The Social Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assess the social and emotional needs of clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide direct clinical services using the most appropriate therapeutic methods.
• Coordinate referrals and services with external agencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Offer crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in clinical and administrative meetings, such as case conferences and utilization reviews.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensure in Social Work.
• Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
• Proficiency in office software, such as word processing tools.
• Strong engagement, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.
Desired Skills:
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and psychosocial assessments.
