We are hiring a full-time Sous Chef at a corporate dining location in Tempe, AZ.

  • Assist the Executive Chef with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise food-service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory, monitor product quality, and ensure timely service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
  • Assist in ensuring production deadlines are met and food costs are controlled.
