We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations in a full-service hotel.
- Assist the Executive Chef with food production, staff supervision, and maintaining quality, consistency, and sanitation standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensure food quality and presentation, and support menu execution.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
- Train and develop kitchen team members and ensure proper use of equipment.
Ideal candidates have prior Sous Chef or lead cook experience, strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
