We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations in a full-service hotel.
This role assists the Executive Chef with food production, staff supervision, and maintaining quality, consistency, and sanitation standards.
Ideal candidates have previous Sous Chef or lead cook experience, strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment is required. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
