We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Support leadership by supervising, training, and motivating the culinary team
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee food prep, cooking, and plating during service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
- Step in for the Executive Chef as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, equipment, and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and stand for long periods
Schedule & Environment:
