Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in both full-time and per diem capacities. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders and thrives in a team-oriented setting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and goals

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility)

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred
